Welcome to Restaurant and Bar Sabor de la Montaña located in the privileged Blue Zone of Nicoya Guanacaste on the high mountains of Zaragoza.
Flavor of the Mountain was designed and built on the summit of a beautiful mountain with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, combined with the sound of nature and the perfect complement of a majestic sunset from the height of our terrace.
Our specialties in meats, fresh seafood, traditional food, wood-fired pizza, and our varied cocktails will make your visit an unforgettable culinary experience. Each dish we serve is the result of our commitment to quality and flavor.
The project is led by a young, dreamy, and enthusiastic couple who decided to undertake and fight for our dream. Just as the construction was carried out in several stages, our complementary projects are gradually being incorporated, and we are very happy and proud to be able to offer accommodation for the first time this August 2023 in a luxurious cabin nestled in the midst of nature.
In addition to our culinary and accommodation offer, we also offer farms for sale in Zaragoza, Los Angeles, Naranjal, with sizes ranging from 1 to 90 hectares. Most of our properties have stunning ocean views, offering a unique opportunity to live the pura vida in Costa Rica.

At Sabor de la Montaña, we have farms for sale in Zaragoza, Los Angeles, Carrillo, Agua Fresca, Las Flores and Naranjal and surroundings, ranging from 1 to 90 hectares.
